En septembre, nous avons pu engager Sylvain No\u00ebl qui a r\u00e9ussi l\u2019examen de classificateur. Il a 26 ans et a grandi sur une exploitation Holstein renomm\u00e9e \u00e0 Vuissens dans la Broye fribourgeoise. Sylvain est en train de terminer ses \u00e9tudes en agronomie \u00e0 la HAFL \u00e0 Zollikofen. En parall\u00e8le, il soutiendra d\u00e9j\u00e0 activement notre \u00e9quipe environ 3 jours par semaine.
